White Dawn is a vigorous climbing rose with graceful, arching canes that reach 12 to 14 feet. It was established in 1949. Foliage is dark green, glossy and disease resistant. It can also be grown as a free-standing shrub. Flowers are bright white, ruffled and bloom steadily from early spring until fall on both new and old wood. If you like full blooms, consider this coupling of double-flowered vines. 'New Dawn' is a favorite Climbing Rose with blush pink double flowers. Its pastel shades are lovely with Clematis Arctic Queen™, a creamy white variety that outproduces any other double currently available. It blooms on old wood as well as the current year's growth, and its flowers measure 4–7in across. 'New Dawn' is free flowering and sweetly fragrant and reblooms persistently deep into fall. Also disease resistant, especially to black spot, the bane of many Roses here.
